Kyung-Cheol KIM is a Patent and Trademark Attorney of the Firm and his practice is primarily directed to patents, particularly in Electronics Engineering and trademarks. He is a member of Korean Patent Attorneys Association and the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA). He holds a bachelor degree of jurisprudence at the Seoul National University and a bachelor degree of Electronics Engineering at the Soong-Sil University. He got through the US Patent Law Program held by Cushman, Darby & Cushman, and also the LL.M course of University of Washington Law School.

Hong-Soon CHOI is a Patent and Trademark Attorney of the Firm and his practice is primarily directed to patents, particularly in Electronics and Material Science arts. He was educated at the Yon-Sei University where he received his BS degree in Metallurgical Engineering and Material Science. He continued his education at the Seoul National University earning his MS degree in the same field. He also received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from the Soong-Sil University.

He has the experience working for corporations as engineer involved in research and development, equipment design and project engineering.

He has had extensive experience in handling many foreign client cases for more than 20 years. Tae-Jun SUH is a Korean patent attorney/managing partner at SeShin Patent & Law Firm, whose practice involves intellectual property consultation, prosecution, and litigation for Korean and foreign clients. His academic and work experiences provided expertise in the fields of semiconductors, robotics, and automated systems. He has been a member of the Expert Patent Attorneys Group for the Korea Electronics Association. He also worked as the director of international relations of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association. He is currently a vice president of the Korean Patent Attorneys Association. Before joining Kim & Chang, Dr. Suh was a senior patent examiner in the Electrical and Electronic Examination Bureau of the Korean Intellectual Property Office and a senior researcher for the Korea Electric Power Research Institute. He received his B.S. in mechanical engineering, M.S. in robotics and automation, and Ph.D. in the Neural Network Application in Robotics from the University of London.
